ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(i), 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) TNP Act in Crime No.136 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons were found in illegal possession of liquor bottles. Hence, the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record. 4.It is seen that the petitioner is having five previous cases and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
