The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned notice dated 18.05.2017 in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/771/2017 by the 2nd respondent in so far as the property relating to Survey No.582/8 situated at Puthanatham Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to set aside the impugned notice. However, the first respondent is directed to take appropriate action by giving notice to the petitioner as well as the villagers and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
