ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 302 IPC, in Crime No.50 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the father of the deceased. On 22.01.2018, while the defacto complainant came in front of Palanganatham Ramar Temple, the deceased argued with A1 and A2 and told his father that he will come to home within few minutes. Thereafter, the deceased was not returned to home. On 23.01.2018, the deceased was found dead with multiple injuries.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. He further submitted that the petitioner's name does not place in the FIR and based on the confession of co-accused, he has been arrayed as an accused.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed and the respondent police laid a charge sheet on 7.10.2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai which has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.126 of 2018.

5.Considering the nature of the offence, considering the materials available against the petitioner and the CD file has also been perused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
