The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him, under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy having six previous cases to his credit. As per the procedure, they have verified with regard to the conduct of the petitioner as to whether he is involving in any further offence.
