ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 10.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been troubled by the third respondent with regard to property and that while so, on 09.10.2018 at about 10.00 a.m., when the petitioner was in his house, the third respondent has illegally trespassed into the petitioner's house and threatened him with aruval and asked the petitioner to leave the house or else to face the consequence. Based on that, the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent on 10.10.2018 and thereby, the petitioner filed this petition, seeking for police protection. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted. appeared in person and submitted that there is a dispute with regard to the property and that he had also given an undertaking that he will not disturb the petitioner and that he will take appropriate legal steps to settle the civil dispute between them and that after recording the undertaking given by the third respondent, the complaint already given has also been closed. 4.The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is taken note of it.
5.In the event, the third respondent interferes at a later point of time and if a case is made out, the second respondent shall proceed in accordance with law.
6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
