ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to measure his land situated in Survey Nos.547/2A and 547/2B, Vilathupatti Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, she purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 06.09.2024. The patta for the subject property was also issued in her name in Patta No.7320. The petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent on 16.12.2024, seeking survey of the property. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not filed a proper online application and if proper online application is filed, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted proper online application within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of such acknowledgment, the first respondent shall consider the online application of the petitioner for survey and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the online application, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
