ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A11, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2018 for the offence under Section 379 of I.P.C. @ 147, 365, 120(b), 395 and 397 of I.P.C. in crime No.50 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant on the message conveyed by a neighbour that the defacto complainant's father was kidnapped by some unknown persons. It is the further case of the defacto complainant that his father has been kidnapped by few unknown individuals.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchatram; (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
