This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the award, which has been passed in Lok Adalat Case No.122 of 2024 held at National Lok Adalat, Tenkasi in O.S.No.151 of 2021, on the file of the 1/3

learned Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, dated 08.06.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties out of the Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
