ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 2nd Respondent herein to measure the house property of the petitioner in Survey No. 25/4B in Kurukusalai Panchayat, Ottapidaram Taluk as per registered sale deed dated 02.08.1972 based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, he has filed an application before the second and third respondents on 01.04.2016 to survey her land and demarcate the boundaries and she has also paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary fees for the same. Sofar, no action has been taken by the second respondent.

3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

4.Since the petitioner filed an application, dated 01.04.2016 along with necessary fee and that is pending, the second and third respondents are directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in Survey No. 25/4B in Kurukusalai Panchayat, Ottapidaram Taluk and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
