ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip issued by 1/4

the respondent vide Refusal No. Ambasamudhram/4/2025 dated 24.01.2025 and consequently, to direct the respondent to register sale agreement presented by the petitioners dated 24.01.2025.

2.The respondent has refused to register the sale agreement on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the legal heir certificate and death certificate. Now, the petitioner is ready and willing to present the legal heir certificate and death certificate. Based on the said submission, the respondent is directed to register the sale agreement. The other objections raised in the impugned refusal slip are set aside.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed . There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
