ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The private dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 is culminated into a decree which is passed in O.S.No.252 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Theni. Not satisfied with the said decree, the petitioner is now seeking a direction from this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 by making a representation dated 28.12.2015.

4.The petitioner cannot settle his personal scores in writ jurisdiction. Any violation of the Government Servants Conduct Rules, will be taken care of by the respondents 1 to 3.
