This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint against his own brother one C.M.P.Jayabalan alleging that he has taken 250 bags of medicines from his house. Since the complaint has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner's brother appeared for enquiry. However, the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry and proceed with the same.

5. Considering the fact that the petition enquiry is pending, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and co-operate for the enquiry and the second respondent is also directed to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
