ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action to disburse the pending bill for the civil works completed by the petitioner in the 3rd respondent town panchayat and take action against the 4th respondent for this irregularities by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner has not completed some of the works that has been entrusted to him which has resulted in the amounts not being paid.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has given a representation as early as on 12.07.2019, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the same.

4. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to submit all the documents relating to the work completed to the respondents 1 and 2. On receipt of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to verify the same and thereafter, pass a speaking order after considering petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2019. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
