PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 24.02.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3382 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3382 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly. This petitioner is having eight previous cases.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3382 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, weekly once, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
