ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 for not to harass the petitioner and her family members by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.07.2022 in accordance with law.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the representation, dated 27.07.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on 01.06.2022, the third respondent found an abandoned two-wheeler/Pulsar bearing Registration No.TN 63 AH 3690. Since it was abandoned in the street, the third respondent seized the vehicle. On searching inside the 2/5

vehicle, they found some tools, which are usable for breaking the doors and locks. Hence they seized the vehicle. On verification, the police officials found that the vehicle has been registered in the name of the petitioner and the petitioner's husband/Ganesan is a two-wheeler thief and many cases are pending against him. Further, he stated that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
