ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection for constructing the compound wall in Survey No.544/4B1 at Sivagiri 1, Sivagiri Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Thirunelveli District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has purchased the property during the Court auction sale. One person belonging to the said locality, who also wanted to purchase the property, is causing serious threat to the life and limb of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner further would submit that based on the complaint given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner, an FIR has also been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.281 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 447, 427 and 506(i) IPC. In spite of the registration of the FIR, the accused person is continuing to cause threat to the petitioner.

3.The respondent police have already registered the FIR against the accused persons. If the accused person continues to threaten the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to immediately take action against the concerned accused person and if necessary provide police protection to the petitioner. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
