Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner complians of breach of the order dated 07.09.2020 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13945 of 2010. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader informs this Court that vide proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No. 3961/2020/g3 dated 01.12.2022 the petitioner has been called upon to remit a sum of Rs.16,48,828/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Fourty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Eight only) towards development charges. The petitioner is ready to remit the said amount. On such remittance, the necessary approval shall be given within a period of four weeks thereafter.
