ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R3 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner feels aggrieved by the promotion granted in favour of the third respondent. Questioning the same, he has moved the first respondent.

4. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the representation dated 08.07.2019.

5. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation and pass final order after putting the third respondent on notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or other. Such order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
