The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal original petition and made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in FIR No.361 of 2018 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
