ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to modify the condition i.e., 'the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for 1/3

the period of 30 days' imposed by the learned learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.645 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.645 of 2024 dated 02.02.2024, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Madurai, daily at 10.00 a.m for the period of 30 days. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
