PRAYER :- For bail in Cr.No.203/2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ accused no.2 seeking bail for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b) and 302 of IPC.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the above case and he has not committed any offence. He further submitted that the petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.10994 of 2019 05.07.2019 and he is in custody for the past 33 days. He further submitted that the petitioner is aged about 63 years and he is suffering from diabetes. Therefore he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased. He further submitted that since the deceased had sold number of properties and spent money for drinking liquor the petitioner herein had engaged the other accused persons who are hirelings and committed the murder of her husband (deceased) He further submitted that A2,3 and 4 were arrested and A1 is still absconding and investigation is at the initial stage. Hence he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration of the allegations made against the petitioner and also the fact that the main accused is yet to be arrested and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public prosecutor that investigation is at the initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
