ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioners appeared for enquiry. It appears that amicable resolution could not be arrived at. As on date, no FIR has been registered. The respondent is however directed to intimate the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.13890 of 2020 petitioners, if in future, on the same cause of action, FIR is registered against the petitioners, so that, the petitioners will have sufficient breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
