2. Today, when the revisions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 states that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition, as the suit has been dismissed. Despite the matters have been listed today under the caption, 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, these civil revision petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
