Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.016289/C3/E2/2017 dated 04.04.2017 and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the first respondent to grant the petitioner transfer from Government Hr.Sec.School, Mallankinar, Virudhunagar District to any School at Kanyakumari as BT Assistant by considering the petitioners representation dated 23.08.2016.

2.The petitioner has come to this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.016289/C3/E2/2017 dated 04.04.2017 and direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner to any School at Kanyakumari based on her representation dated 23.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has already been

transferred from Virudhunagar District to Government Higher Secondary School, Koduppaikuzhi, Kanniyakumari district, vide proceedings dated 09.08.2017 in Na.Ka.No.016289/C3/E2/2017 by the Joint Director of School Education, Chennai.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No Costs.
