Heard both sides.
2.The petitioners are figuring as defendants in O.S.No.342 of 2022 on the file of District Munsif Court, Karaikudi. The suit is for declaration and recovery of possession. In the said suit, the petitioners herein filed I.A.No.10 of 2024 for marking an unregistered sale deed. The Court below vide order dated 14.06.2024 dismissed the said IA. Challenging the same, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed. 3.The trial Court has only stated that the issue regarding marking can be decided at the time when the document is introduced in evidence. The impugned order does not warrant interference. 2/4
4.This Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
