O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation in f.vz;.11-1/T.fh.J.M./k.m.gphpt[/jp.kh./15 ehs; :12.01.2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner preferred a complaint to the first respondent dated 17.12.2015, which was forwarded to the second respondent for enquiry. It is further submitted that though the second respondent has issued summons dated 26.01.2016, subsequently there is no substantial progress in the enquiry. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent would complete the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
