********** This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to hear and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2016 in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2016 was already considered and disposed of by the respondent by an order, dated 01.12.2016 in Na.Ka.No.54555/2016/N3 stating that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approach the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments under Section 65(4) of the Tamilnadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959.

4.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments. No costs.
