O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the Learned Subordinate Judge, Vedasandur in I.A.No.08/2024 in H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2023 vide his order dated 06.03.2025 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2023, for divorce on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur, in which the respondent / wife filed I.A.No.8 of 2024, claiming interim maintenance. The trial Court ordered Rs.8,000/- as monthly interim maintenance. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
3.However, when the present Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing on 04.07.2025, this Court granted an interim order of stay of the order passed in the above I.A., reduced the maintenance amount to Rs.5,000/- and directed the petitioner to deposit the entire arrears amount. The matter has been posted for compliance today.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court has not been complied with. However, during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, there was a settlement between the parties and the respondent / wife agreed for a settlement amount of Rs.3 Lakhs and appropriate memo will be filed in due course. 5.In view of the above, for non-compliance of the interim order granted by this Court, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Even otherwise, the amount of Rs.8,000/- awarded by the trial Court as interim maintenance is only a meagre amount and the same does not need any interference by this Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
