O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to investigate the case and expeditiously file a final report in Cr.No.845 of 2021 on the file of 3rd respondent before the competent Learned Judicial Magistrate within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.845 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 471, 468, 474 and 109 of IPC on 26.08.2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2021, so far no progress is made in further investigation. Hence, the petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that so far 6 witnesses have been examined. Within a period of 6 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report 2/4

within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
