ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) This petition is filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners ie., in condition No.3 permit the petitioners to report before Kangeyam Town Police Station, Tripur District, out of the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police station ie., Dindigul District, instead of the petitioners shall stay at Kovilpatti and report before the Inspector of Police, Kovilpatti East Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1512 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.103 of 2024 order dated 01.08.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are not in a good financial position to stay at Kovilpatti and report before the Inspector 2/4

of Police, Kovilpatti Est Police Station daily. The learned counsel further submitted that after the said crime occurrence, the family members of the petitioners have shifted the place of residence from their native place to Kangeyam, Tripur and earning income from daily wage. If the condition No.3 is modified, the petitioners will join their family members and support them for their daily bread. Hence, he seeks for modification.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side, Condition No.iii, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further order. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter into jurisdiction limit of the respondent police. The other conditions imposed by this Court if any shall remain unaltered.
