This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to allow this Civil Revision Petition directing the Principal District Munsif, Madurai to refund the Court Fee paid by the petitioner in Unnumbered R.L.T.O.P.No. /2022. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.552 of 2022, on the file of the V Additional District Court, Madurai seeking the relief of evicting the respondent from the schedule mentioned property and other reliefs. He has valued the suit for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- and paid a Court Fee of Rs.45,000/-. Now he has not intended to proceed with the case and hence, he has filed an application in unnumbered R.L.T.O.P.No. /2022.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai to refund the Court Fee paid by the petitioner in unnumbered R.L.T.O.P.No. /2022 in accordance with the rules, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
