ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 30/10/2018 and requisition letter submitted by the The Additional District and Sessions Judge, Judge , Family Court, Theni vide letter D.No.345/2023, dated 19/05/2023, this Court made the following Order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.555 of 2022. 2.The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Family Court, Theni, sent a letter dated 19.05.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.555 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.10.2018. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in H.M.O.P.No.555 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
