ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 1st respondent to cancel property Tax Receipt and building Plan issued to the 4th respondent in respect of Survey No.1695/1A situated at Allingaram Village, Theni District based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2019 and 10.05.2019."

2. The petitioner submitted representations to the 1st respondent on 27.04.2019 and 10.05.2019 to cancel the property Tax receipt and building plan issued to the 4th respondent in respect of Survey No. 1695/1A situated at Allingaram Village, Theni District. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 27.04.2019 and 10.05.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and all other interested parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
