ORDER
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.404 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent Police and to file final report.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4
stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 20.04.2026 apd To
