Respondent in both petitions Prayer :- Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal procedure,to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge(Special Judge for CBI Cases,Madurai)in Cr.M.P.No.1870 of 2017in C.C.No.1 of 2015 vide his order dated 19.06.2018 and set aside the same and consequently discharge the petitioner all the charges projected in th said calender case.

Criminal Original Petition if filed 482 of the Criminal Procedure,to set-aside the order passed by the Learned II Additional Sessions Judge (Special Judge) for CBI Cases, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.1299/2018 in C.C.No.1/2015 vide his order dated 10/08/2018 and consequently direct the aforesaid learned Judge to call for the documents referred to in the said petition so as to produce the same before the charge are framed in the said case.

ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 13.02.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Learned II Additional Sessions Judge(Special Judge for CBI Cases,Madurai) vide the letter in D.No.114 dated 31.01.2024 this Court made the following order:

These petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to complete the trail in C.C.No.1 of 2015.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.02.2019, the learned II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases), Madurai, sought extension of time and this Court extended time on 14.07.2022 and on 07.06.2023. 2/4

3.Now, the learned II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases), Madurai, has sent a letter dated 31.01.2024, requesting extension of further time of six months to complete the trail in C.C.No.1 of 2015, 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases), Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time. Accordingly, six months time is extended to complete the trail in C.C.No.1 of 2015 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
