PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1063 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 21.09.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 399 of I.P.C. and 25(1-A) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.1063 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police made a submission that five previous cases were registered against the petitioner, out of which, three cases were disposed of and one case is of similar in nature. She would further submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and the investigations are going on.
