Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to take necessary action on the complaint given by the petitioner and her daughter, dated 15.07.2019, 17.07.2019, 19.07.2019 and 30.07.2019 respectively, within a time stipulated that may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaints. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a complaint before the fourth respondent on 15.07.2019 and subsequently, also various reminders have been sent, despite, no action has been taken by the fourth respondent, hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on complaints given by the petitioner, the First Information Report has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered by the fourth respondent Police in Crime No.13 of 2019 for the offences under Section 5 of the Protection of Child from the Sexual offences Act, 2012.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that already, the First Information Report has been registered by the fourth respondent Police, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 5.The Writ Petition stands closed accordingly.
