O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2020 and consequently, directing the respondents to take action, based on the petitioner's representation.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated all the contentions set out in the petition. He would further submit that the petitioner is the Secretary of the registered society. 1/3

There was some dispute between the parties regarding forged documents. In this regard, the petitioner made a complaint on 07.09.2020 before the third respondent by explaining the forgery and manipulation committed by the accused persons. So far no action has been taken. Hence the petitioner filed this present petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.09.2020 will be considered by the respondent police at the earliest.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2020 after giving opportunity to the necessary parties, if any, by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610, if cognizable offence is made out to register the case or to intimate the result of the action taken to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
