ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner in this petition, is that the respondent police are not considering the names of the accused who were involved in the offence alleged to have been committed against the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.06.2023, the respondents have registered a case in Crime No.252 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) of IPC, originally against four persons, and that on going through the videograph and the photographs taken at the time of commission of incident, the petitioner realized that some more persons are also committed the offence and that the petitioner has proposed to give their names, including the CD and photographs to the police, however are not inclined to take. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that investigation is in progress and any information being provided by the petitioner in respect of allegation would be considered.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit the materials pertaining to the offence, to the police concerned and on such submission, the police are directed to consider the same during the course of investigation.
