ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel are present. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that so far, no case has been registered as against this petitioner and petition enquiry is pending and they will conduct the enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the alleged complaint is pertaining to civil dispute arising out of agreement.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to complete enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. It is needless to state that if the complaint is pertaining to civil dispute, the respondent shall follow the circular issued by their higher officials in respect of civil cases.
