Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue Fitness Certificate for the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No. TN58P1695 without reference to the objection by the HDB Financial Service Ltd., Madurai and to remove the vehicle from the blacklist by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2026, within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would produce an order by which the name transfer itself was cancelled.
2. In view thereof, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by impugning the said order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. No costs. 09.06.2026 rgm
