To call for the records pertaining to the order dt.28.04.2023 passed in MC No.3/2023 on the file of the Family Court, Karur and set aside the same. Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MATHIYALAGAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court, by the order, dated 17.07.2023, has granted an order of interim stay upon recording the petitioner's undertaking through his counsel that he will deposit a sum of Rs.2,500/- per month towards arrears of maintenance till the disposal of the Revision. This Court further directed the petitioner to continue to pay the monthly maintenance amount.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, without complying the conditional order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment.

3. In view of the non-compliance of the conditional order passed by this Court on 17.07.2023, the order of interim stay granted by this Court stands vacated.
