ORDER

This Review Application has been filed to review of the order passed in WP.Crl.(MD)No.2540 of 2026, dated 30.04.2026 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

3. It is seen that this Court, by order dated 30.04.2026 passed in WP.Crl. (MD) No.2540 of 2026, had merely directed the sixth respondent police and the fifth respondent Tahsildar therein to ensure the participation of the petitioner as 2/5

well as all villagers and to facilitate the collection/payment of temple tax in connection with the festival of Sree Mahakaliamman Temple situated at Malvarpatti, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District.

4. A perusal of the said order does not disclose any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference in exercise of the review jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to review the order dated 30.04.2026 passed in WP.Crl.(MD) No.2540 of 2026.

5. In view of the above, the Review Application stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 17.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm Note: Issue order copy on 17.06.2026.
