ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)Nos.16540 and 16528 of 2022 dated 08.11.2022, these Contempt Petitions have been filed.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that our earlier order dated 07.09.2023 has been complied with vide G.O.Ms.Nos. 12370/FS1/2023 and 12366/PS1/2023 dated 25.09.2023 respectievly, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, these petitions stand closed.
