Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in view of forcing him a settlement with the third respondent based on the complaint of the third respondent, which is purely false.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.11 of 2018 registered under Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C., and investigation is pending before the second respondent police.

direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfere with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
