O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in Municipal Middle School centre at Devakottai or any other existing vacant place in Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Mohammed Imran, learned counsel ,for M/s Ajmal Associates , takes notice for the second respondent . By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
