ORDER
Seeking to direct the second respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate for the missing Doc.Nos.2904/2007, 2081/2016 by consider the petitioner`s representation dated 31.01.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's sale deeds Doc.Nos.2904/2007, 2081/2016, dated 27.08.2007 and 27.06.2016, respectively, were misplaced and lost, for which the petitioner had given a complaint on 31.01.2026. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (crl.side) submitted that the 2/9
Director General of Police had already issued Circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 in this regard with respect to issuance of NOC, where the applicants have to produce certain documents. On such production of the documents, the respondent police will take necessary steps.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. The petitioner has given a complaint for issuance of NOC on 31.01.2026. The petitioner is further directed to produce all the necessary documents as required by the respondent police in terms of the Circular Memorandum, which is extracted below:

On production of the above said documents as required in the Circular Memorandum extracted supra, the second respondent police is directed to take necessary steps for issuance of NOC to the petitioner with respect to the sale deed bearing Doc.Nos.2904/2007, 2081/2016, dated 27.08.2007 and 27.06.2016, respectively.
