O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to implement the order of the Division Bench in W.P. (MD)No.20216 of 2015 and W.P.(MD).No. 15347 of 2016 and cancel the DCO & TCO appointed by the respondent based on the representation of the petitioner's Association dated 02.05.2017. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner's Association is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner's Association, dated 02.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
