RESPONDENT(S) Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order made in Crl.OP.(MD)No.735 of 2023 dt.11.1.2023 in so far as the condition to deposit the amount in the credit of DRO,Sivagangai and may impose any other condition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.735 of 2023 dated 28.04.2022, on the ground that the DRO, Sivagangai has not maintained a separate account for deposing the amount.

2.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to deposit the alleged amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and time is extended for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
