The revision challenges the issuance of a sale notice pursuant to an order in execution in E.P.No.30 of 2023. A sale notice is incapable of being revised, as it is issued pursuant to a decree. At this stage, the learned counsel seeks a reference of the matter to Mediation or settlement through the Lok Adalat. The very same prayer can be made before the District Court, Karur.
